Vegas might not appear to be a a place where kids will have a lot to do but there really are so many family-friendly activities. Today I’m highlighting some things we were able to do this past weekend while we vacationed in Las Vegas.

Pinball Hall of Fame

It really is all fun and games at the Pinball Hall of Fame! There is no admission fee but you do pay to play games on vintage pinball machines from the 1950s to the 1990s. There is a coin machine at the entrance of the building so you can get quarters and start playing right away. We each spent $10 and played for an hour.

Neon Museum

The Neon Museum is an outdoor venue where vintage, iconic Las Vegas signs are collected, preserved, and exhibited. You need to purchase a timed ticket ahead of time. This would work for all ages but 10+ would really enjoy it. It’s a great spot to snap some fun pictures and see a bunch of vintage signs.

We did the daytime tour which was great. It’s self-guided and we walked around the sign boneyard checking out the signs. There is also a night tour and that would be fun to do on a return visit so we could see the signs all lit up!

Meow Wolf’s Omega Mart

Meow Wolf is an interactive playground plus art installation that is good for all ages. Some spots may be a little overwhelming for little kids or those with sensory issues so consider the needs of your family before going.

Where you enter it looks like a big grocery store but then you discover surprises and fun interactive things along the way.

There are slides and you need to wear closed-toe shoes in order to go on them. You need to be 48” to ride the tall slides.

Cirque de Soleil Beatles Love

Have you seen a Cirque de Soleil show? I’ve been able to see a few different versions and the Beatles Love show at the Mirage Hotel is my favorite. It’s a visual feast for the eyes while enjoying the iconic music of the Beatles. There are trapeze artists, trampoline and roller skating, amazing costumes, cool set changes, and so much more.

This is performed in the center of the room with seats surrounding it in a circle so there really isn’t a bad seat in the house. I do recommend not sitting too close because you will need to crane your neck to look up at the trapeze artists. Plus there is so much going on, it’s nice to be a bit away from the stage because it helps take in all of the magic that is happening on stage.

Titanic Artifact Exhibition

Love history? Fascinated by the Titanic? The Titanic Artifact Exhibition that is currently at the Luxor Hotel is worth checking out. Filled with authentic artifacts from the doomed ship plus replica items.

A Few Other Family-Friendly Things To Do in Vegas

Ride the Big Apple Roller Coaster at the New York New York Hotel

Visit the Immersive Van Gogh Exhibit at Area 15. This is in the same building as Meow Wolf that I talked about above.

Hershey’s Chocolate World

M & M’s World and Coca Cola Store on the Strip

Dolphin Habitat at the Mirage Hotel
